The Immigration released a new edition of Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, and its supplements, dated 10/5/15. Previous editions (06/20/2013, 01/18/2011, 11/23/2010, 11/08/2010, 07/15/2010 & 12/03/2009) also remain effective.
USCIS released an updated version of Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, dated 10/15/15. The previous edition dated 3/5/13 may also be used.
